Having grown up in a banking family, I have a great appreciation for the role the appraisal plays in the underwriting process. I view my role as an extension of your organization and it is my goal on each assignment I receive to represent the lender in a prompt and professional manner.
At Matthew R. Williams Appraisals, our mission is to provide our clients with the highest quality, most accurate, and reliable valuation reports in the shortest amount of time. We strive to transmit our reports within 2 to 4 days of the date of inspection.
Matthew R. Williams Appraisals strives to provide professional, accurate, and unbiased appraisal services to our clients. We service Mecklenburg, Union, Gaston, Lincoln, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus, Stanly, and York counties.
Matthew R. Williams was founded by Matt Williams in 2004. Mr. Williams is a 2000 graduate of Appalachian State University, a North Carolina and South Carolina State Certified Appraiser, and a member of the Appraisal Institute.
